Please allow 48 hours after your package has shipped before seeing movement through the USPS or UPS system. Once your package has shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation. This email will provide your tracking number. Please be sure all information on this invoice is correct including the name and address.
IMPORTANT - All non-US buyers must ensure that the use of, and importation of, any item that we sell does not conflict with any applicable laws or regulations in their country prior to placing an order for that item. It is the customer's responsibility to know their updated local, regional and national laws/regulations with respect to nutritional supplements. When we are aware of an importation issue with a particular product in a particular country, we will configure the shopping cart to prevent you from accidentally ordering that item. To be sure, we ask that you speak with you Customs office prior to placing an order to make sure that your desired item or items can be imported into your country.
While problems with international Customs are rare, we cannot predict how any individual package will be handled upon receipt by your Customs service. We cannot be responsible for any Customs restrictions, tariffs, fees, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. If you have any questions, we recommended you speak with your Customs office prior to placing an order. In the event that your package is refused by your customs service and returned to us, we will issue a refund of your purchase price less of our initial shipping/ insurance fees. Please be sure your address is correct as we cannot make any changes to the delivery address once the order is finalized. Any taxes incurred by customs of your country is the responsibility of the customer to pay. Supplement Edge Inc. is not responsible for these charges.
Returns are excepted within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on prohormones, anti-estrogens, thermogenics, weight loss, or discontinued products. All sales are final on these items. All merchandise must be returned at your expense. Returns are not accepted on open/used supplements or on wholesale orders.

NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number will be returned to sender.
U.S. and international packages that are returned because of insufficient addresses, refusals, or any other reason will be given refunds or store credits for the amount paid for products only. We will not refund the amount paid for shipping. Refunds will not be given for returned packages until the package has arrived at our facility. No exceptions. If a customer chooses to have the package reshipped to them, shipping will be charged again and the shipping amount must be paid before the item is shipped again.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to cancel you order please let us know with in 24 hours of your purchase. Every effort will be made to cancel your order however if your order has already been shipped you will need to return the item to us in order to be refunded.
